Press Windows+R Key to open Run Panel
Type regedit click OK
Navigate to the Path
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\OEMInformation
you will not see any string values here
you can create your own string value with following value names:

Manufacturer – OEM name
​
SupportURL – URL of OEM or your choice
​
SupportHours – supports hours
​
Logo – OEM logo or your own photo goes here
​
SupportPhone – OEM or your contact number
​
Model – model name of your PC
​
Double click on string, Enter Value data:
Press Shift+right click on picture you want upload
Click Copy as path
Make sure to resize the Logo 120x120 pixels before paste it's path and make sure it’s in .bmp format.
Double click on Logo
Right Click and paste path
Remove Quotation Marks
Click OK
Refresh Registry

Double-click on DisableAntiSpyware and change its value data to 1 to disable Windows Defender, then Click OK

Click Yes
Click Next, & Finish
