if you don't remember user name then you can find it by clicking on Advanced
Click on Find Now
Here select user to prevent to install software

Here you can set level of restriction

if You selecting use a packaged app installer as a reference
Click on the “Browser..” button
Go to a folder with an app that you wish to block and select it You can either select the app installer or select the installed app as a reference point

That's it You can Log in with the user you set the restriction for and try installing an app to see if it worked

Type gpedit.msc then Hit Enter Key
Under the Computer Configurations > Administrative templates > navigate to Windows Components > Windows Installer
Click on Allow user control over Installs
Select Enabled (This Policy settings permits users to change installation options that typically are available on)
