First of all we will Create Restore Point.
Click on Recovery
click on Configure System Restore
Click on Configure
Turn on system Protection
Apply then OK
Click on Create
Here you can give name to restore point
Click on Create & Wait it will take some time
Restore point created successfully now close this box
You can restore your computer by clicking on Open System Restore & follow steps

Type regedit in taskbar search box
Click on regedit & follow steps carefully
Right click on the folder & click on Delete
Click Yes button it will remove the duplicate Icons from the Navigation Pane
Now go to My Computer & you will see that duplicate icons removed
If the USB Drive or duplicate icons are still appearing then sign out and sign in OR Restart Computer
