How to Enable Full Screen Start Menu in Windows 10

Right click on desktop

Click on Personalize

Click on Start

Click on button to Enable (Use Start full Screen)

After enable Click on Start button

Here is your New Start Menu

You can also restore to old Start Menu by disable it

When we hover over the weather information it's show pops up showing news & updates

Right Click on Taskbar go to New and interests

Now click on Turn off to remove the weather info and News and interests

Now you can see weather information is Turn off

You can restore by clicking on show icon and text

it's restore now but still automatically popping up

Now follow the steps and untick Open on hover

Now onwards you will have to click on it if you want to read News

How to Reset the Recycle Bin

Go to Start Menu or type in search bar CMD

Now right click on CMD then click Run as administrator

Click Yes

Type command

rd /s /q C:\$Recycle.bin

Then Hit Enter Key

That's it.

Open Google Chrome

Click on 3 dot's

Clcik on Settings

Under the Privacy and Security section, click on Site Settings

Under Content Section, click on Additional content settings

Click on PDF documents

Default PDF settings set to open Open PDF's in Chrome

Here you have to select Download PDF's

Thats it Now onwards all PDF file will download instead of opening
